Figure out the Repairs and Costs of Your Property

Selling an rough Saint Louis House part 6
Tip to keep in mind:
When figuring out the repairs that your house needs, it is important to keep in mind how expensive the comparable property finishings are compared to your house. For example, to renovate a bathroom in a $100,000 house is significantly cheaper than to renovate a same sized bathroom in a $600,000 house. This is because the finishing will be much more expensive in the $600,000 house.
The first step to figuring out how much your repairs are going to be: Analyze Your House’s Condition
In order to figure this step out, you need to ask yourself the correct questions. The following are all questions that you need to ask yourself about your property and its condition. The more work that needs to be done the more likely it will be that you need to sell your house to an investor.
To benefit you, we created a form that you can print out and fill out. You can then scan and email it to jim@stlhouseller.com, or fax it to (888) 287 -9138. We can then help you go through your repairs and figure out how much they are going to be. Please note: this service is only available for people that live in Saint Louis and the surrounding counties.
